Psychotherapy and counselling for individuals, couples and groups.
I appreciate the many aspects of human identity: how people see themselves in the world, how we are connected, how we break and how we heal.
Everyone feels some level of anxiety once in a while. But overwhelming, recurring, or “out of nowhere” dread can deeply impact people. When anxiety interferes like this, talking to me can help.
Struggling with identity issues may lead to depression, hopelessness, addiction, and more. I offer a place to discuss and ultimately find ways to cope with these struggles
I offer 50-minute sessions with individuals and 90 minute with couples in a confidential, safe space.
Regardless of the factors contributing to a low self-esteem, I can help address your underlying emotions.
i can help both partners understand the emotions of the other and improve communication, further enhancing the relationship. I can also provide support when there are underlying issues that are having an impact.
I run experiential therapy groups for depression and addictions. These groups are mixed as well as gender specific.
Counselling is often the first and usually one of the best weapons we have against a whole range of living issues like depression, grief and anxiety.
Counselling is also useful for things like relationship problems, difficult life and family events and behavioural problems.
I offer clients the option of either short term (12 sessions) or long-term counselling.
